MindAttune collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. The app runs on your device and works offline. We have no personal data to lose, sell, or share — because we never gather any.
MindAttune (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is developed and published by MINDwalk. This policy explains how the app handles information. It applies to the MindAttune app on iPhone and iPad.
None. MindAttune does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically:
Any settings you change in the app (such as colors or a seed number) stay on your device and are not sent anywhere.
The artwork and sound are generated live on your device and work entirely offline. Nothing about how you use MindAttune leaves your phone or tablet.
While you are online, MindAttune loads display typefaces from Google Fonts. As with any internet request, this sends standard technical information — such as your device's IP address — to that service so the fonts can be delivered. We do not receive or store this information, and the app sends no other data.
If you are offline, the app uses your device's built-in fonts instead and makes no network requests at all.
MindAttune contains no advertising networks, no social media SDKs, and no analytics frameworks.
MindAttune shows no ads and does not track you across apps or websites. It does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and never asks for tracking permission.
MindAttune does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Because the app collects no data at all, it is safe for users of any age in this respect.
Since MindAttune does not collect or store personal data, there is no personal information for us to secure or expose. Any in-app settings remain on your device under the protection of iOS.
Privacy laws such as the GDPR (Europe) and the CCPA/CPRA (California) give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a company holds about you, and to opt out of its sale. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to access, change, delete, or sell. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to contact us.
If the app's data practices ever change — for example, if a future version adds an optional feature that uses data — we will update this policy and revise the “last updated” date above before that feature ships. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
